When printing with Mimaki UJF-3042/6042MkII or UJF-7151plus small format flatbed LED UV printers, a print jig is used to fix the workpiece. However, a unique custom-made item that would be costly is often printed without such jig, and this can result in difficulties in positioning or levelling.
Using the Mimaki 3DFF-222, it is possible to create a unique print jig in-house, which results in reduced manufacturing costs and stabilised print quality..
